The Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County’s 62nd Annual Christmas Tree Lot will open on November 25th and run through December 18th. We're looking for volunteers to help us spread holiday cheer, greet customers and assist them in picking out perfect tree, and thank them for supporting BGCMC. We gladly welcome corporate and community groups, and encourage them to adopt-a-day at the lot. We will also provide volunteer hours to those teens interested in participating (but they must be accompanied by an adult for their entire shift). Make it your own; wear your holiday hats and costumes; but most of all... Have FUN!
This FUN-raising event runs from 11/25 - 12/18 and theshifts are as followed:
- Monday through Thursday from 12-2pm, 2-5pm and 5-8pm;
- Fridays from 12-3pm, 3-6pm and 6-9pm
- Saturdays from 9-3pm and 3-9pm (shifts can be modified to 4 hrs each)
- Sundays from 9-2pm and 2-8pm (shifts can be modified to 4 hrs each)
For corporate and community groups interested in adopting a day - each shift must have approximately 5-7 volunteers but we will work with however many you send our way.
