Amazing administrative assistant needed for growing community organization!

Desire to Inspire Ministries, Inc provides an array of services in communities from food & clothing distribution, women empowerment group, neighborhood beautification. We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant. Our key values are integrity, excellence, collaboration, hard work, and fun.

Being an Administrative Assistance with DTI Ministries will help the Executive Director become more effective with the organization making maxium impacts of helping people in need in communities. Among various other duties, our Executive Director drives the organizations development while maintaining community, donor, sponsor, client and volunteer information.

Administrative duties will include but not limited to:

  • data entry
  • scheduling events
  • keep projects on schedule
  • maintain donor, sponsor and volunteer information
  • create, maintain and edit documents
