Volunteers at a LIVE Phone Bank shift!

If you enjoy watching Wisconsin Public Television (WPT), you can make great programs possible right here in your state through volunteering! WPT is seeking volunteers to help out at our next membership drive, November 26-December 11 in Vilas Hall on the UW-Madison campus. Volunteers are needed to answer phones and input pledge information into a computer software program. Or you can help us package thank-you gifts for our new members. There are opportunities for everyone!

Volunteering is a fun and easy way to support public broadcasting, meet new people, earn service hours for your National Honor Society application and graduation or build your resume.

Shifts are approximately four hours and include snacks, beverages and a free meal donated by a local restaurant.

General requirements to answer the phones include experience using a computer, basic keyboarding proficiency and positive communication/interpersonal skills. For more information and to register visit our website, wpt.org/volunteer.
