The Hopkinton Center for the Arts is a 501 c 3 non profit arts organization. We have just renovated a 19th century dairy barn into classroom space for art, music, theater and dance. In addition we built a new art gallery and 200 seat performance space. In order to meet the operation needs of the new facility we need a steady stream of donations to operations. A key component of that income comes from grants.
The HCA is looking for a volunteer grant writer who preferrably has experience with grant writing in the arts. The volunteer will work closely with the Director. Most grant opportunities have been definined and supporting documentation and statistics are available. The bulk of the work is in crafting the body of the grants and managing deadlines. The majority of work can be done at home.
Interested candidates should send a cover letter and resume to Kelly Grill kelly@hopartscenter.org.
