About

The Executive Director, Customer Experience will:

  1. Report out to VP, Membership 2x/Month

  2. Make new member phone calls as assigned

  3. Oversee Customer Experience subcommittee

    1. Subcommittee goal: Increase membership satisfaction

    2. Subcommittee responsibilities:

      1. Work with other AMA Philadelphia committees to implement member value at all touchpoints

      2. Create networking opportunities/connections for current members

      3. Work with VP, Data & Analytics to implement member survey

      4. Create other member value opportunities as needed

      5. Make new member phone calls as assigned

      6. Respond to emails in a timely manner.
