The Associate VP of Membership will report directly to the VP of Membership and will have the following responsibilities
Oversee committee structure and ensure committee is working efficiently and effectively both internally and with external contacts
Onboard new volunteers
Attend board meetings and oversees committee when VP is not available
Report out to VP, Membership 2x/month
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Make new member phone calls as assigned
Oversee materials needed for outreach including development of new materials as needed
Manage volunteers/subcommittee if needed.

The Philadelphia AMA provides members with opportunties for professional development and networking.
Our members have found tremendous benefit through volunteering such as expanding their professional networks, finding employment, uncovering business opportunities and giving back to the local marketing community through both the collegiate and professional segments.
