  1. Job Summary:

US Bank Team Lead will aid in the financial and volunteer development of the YMCA. The Team Lead builds relationships and team work. A team lead takes action displaying leadership, good relationships and a positive outlook. If you thrive in fast paced collaborative environment this is great opportunity for you.

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with supervisors to communicate needs to the team
  • Assigns volunteer’s roles and placement
  • Opens / closes cash registers at the beginning and end of event
  • Maintains and ensures positive relationships with customers, volunteers, and managers
  • Maintains count and record of inventory discards, acquired, or other needs as arise

Requirement:

  • Minimum Age 21
  • Interview
  • Able to volunteer at least one event per month
  • Volunteer application
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Alcohol Training
  • Completion of online New Volunteer Orientation (NVO)

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
  • May require bending, lifting etc.

Additional Notes:

The volunteer will complete 2 events prior to serving as a team and will receive a small stipend for their time. Team leads should ideally have access to intern
