The American Diabetes Association is seeking volunteers for our first of two walks. Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes will take place on Saturday September 24, 2016 at Didier Farms located at 16678 Aptakisic Rd Lincolnshire, IL 60069. This event is a fundraising 5k Walk that raises funds for critical research to prevent and cure diabetes.

This volunteer opportunity will be on day of event. We are looking for fun and energetic volunteers to set up and run our rest stop on the walk route! These volunteers will help hand out water and snacks to the participants and cheer on walkers as they pass through. We are looking for happy, energetic, and FUN volunteers for this area!

This opportunitity will require a lot of energy! Are you up for the challenge?
