Catholic Charities seeks a Volunteer Office Assistant to help in our Immigration Legal Services.

Duties include:

  • Sort and process daily mail
  • Listen to voice mail and refer calls
  • Confirm client appointments
  • Light office work, including filing, shreding, checking messages and returning calls.

2 volunteer needed Monday/Tuesday/Thursday for coverage between 10am and 3 pm. Flexible hours available. Biligual English/Spanish required. Ethics & Integrity in Ministry (EIM) training from Diocese of Austin required.
