We are currently looking for a volunteer to coordinate our monthly family friendly volunteer listings in the Seattle area. The volunteer coordinator will research nonprofits in the Seattle community, come up with 5-10 different family-friendly volunteer opportunities each month, and write up the opportunities for their monthly listing. DGT staff will provide detailed, step-by step guidance on how to locate family-friendly volunteer opportunities as well as ongoing assistance and support.

Doing Good Together (DGT) inspires and equips people to raise compassionate and socially conscious children through family volunteerism.
DGT was founded on the belief that when parents engage with their children in community service, they pass on the spirit of giving to their sons and daughters, strengthen families, and grow a new generation of volunteers and philanthropists. DGT provides hands-on, accessible tools directly to parents, and also helps organizations (including schools, faith groups, social service agencies, volunteer centers, etc.) build capacity to more effectively engage families in service.
