About

Volunteers are needed for this creative way to help others understand what it's like to live in poverty in our community. During this simulation of a month of living in poverty, you can pretend to be a bank manager, or a store owner, or a social worker or other business person, interacting in a realistic way with those pretending to be low-income community members. Training is provided. Intrigued? Give me a call at 423-246-6180 x. 3750 to learn more. You will never look at the issues of poverty in quite the same way again.
