MDA is urgently seeking drivers for an Executive Event at The Hawthorne Inn as well as need volunteers to assist at MDA lock-up on November 2, 2016.

Volunteers needed in shifts from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM.

Lock-up Volunteer Opportunities - Lock-up day

DRIVERS (Arresting Officers) 8 hours

(Driving background checks must be performed by MDA and must be current within 1 week before the event unless you are a firefighter or police officer. Drivers for events need to report to drivers’ meeting usually at 7:45 AM the day of the event to prepare for first pick-ups by 9 AM. Once an hour is complete then the driver will get the next hour assignment for pick-ups from the Transportation Manager assigned for that day.) Driver must be approved by our National office prior to the July 21st event. If interested, please call MDA as soon as possible and ask for Martha Story.

DRIVE EXECUTIVES TO AND FROM THE EVENT

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT 4 hours

Assist Transportation manager with driver assignments. Ideally this person would be at the driver meeting at 8AM and stay through 4 PM. We will consider shifts for assisting this position.
