The Volunteer Intake Team Member will assist new volunteers through the intake process in a timely manner, and provide an excellent experience for all new volunteers joining the Red Cross!
- Welcome and help new volunteers through the application process
- Monitor and track the volunteers through the process on our Volunteer Connection management system
- Email and call volunteers to remind them to complete all application steps
- Track communication and provide technical support when needed
