Chinese Translators needed!

Art Sphere Inc. is in the process of creating a Chinese translation of its free book of art lesson plans for children that will be freely distributed to non-profits, teachers, and parents. The book is titled, "Creating Legacies through Art: Take an Art Journey". We hope to translate the book to increase the accessibility of our art lessons.

Candidates for this volunteer opportunity should be willing to work remotely/from home, with a team of volunteer translators. Computer access will be necessary. Opportunities can be used for college credit. Looking for long-term and short-term volunteers.

For this particular translation we are currently looking for candidates who are:

1. Chinese Native Speakers

2. Traditional Chinese Written Style Users --- 繁体中文使用者 (People from TaiWan, Hong Kong)

Requirements:

• Ability/willingness to collaborate with others

• Translating text from English to Traditional Chinese written style

• Timely response to emails and strong time management

• Familiarity with programs like Microsoft Word, DropBox, and Adobe Reader (access to Adobe Illustrator is a plus)
