Health and Wellness are important goals for everyone, especially our clients at Places for People! This is why we have the Wellness Center, a place for clients to come and work on their fitness and health goals! Volunteer here and help clients with setting goals, learning new exercise skills, and track progress. By providing encouragement and support to clients, you can play a role in their recovery process.
No experience working in fitness or with mental health necessary. Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
Volunteers are needed weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
Learn from an experienced Occupational Therapist while helping adults learn new skills towards a healthier lifestyle!
