The health & wellness volunteer becomes trained to facilitate engaging evidence-based intervention workshops that help participants become more confident about managing their health independently on a day to day basis. The interactive workshops are held at various community locations that include community centers, libraries, faith based organizations, senior centers and group residences.
The programs we offer provide an opportunity for trained facilitators to contribute to the overall well-being of individuals that reside in the community.
