Come one come all! The MDA is excited for their 20th Annual Muscle Walk and would love for you to be a part of it. Volunteers will get to enjoy a beautiful day at Crown Point Park in Mission Bay and perform a variety of duties. We are especially in need of people to assist us with registration and all money handling duties, setting up, handing out t-shirts, water and food, and cleaning up. Our shifts for the day include:

• 6:00am-9:00am- Set up
• 7:30am-12:00pm- Work the Event
• 12:00pm-2:00pm- Clean Up
