Do you have an hour a week, every two weeks or once a month to brighten the day of a senior and help them remain independent?
Opportunities are available to visit with homebound seniors in your community. Many of our seniors do not have family or friends in the area and would love to talk with someone about common interests, life experiences, travel, etc. Some seniors who are no longer driving may also need someone to pick up medicines and/or groceries and deliver these items to their homes. Volunteers do not transport the seniors that they visit.
