As the American Diabetes Association we have many opportunites to be out in the community and an essential part of accomplishing our mission is volunteers.
For this event of Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes- Lehigh Valley we are looking for volunteers to help out on Friday October 7th, and Saturday October 8th. We are looking for as many volunteers as possible! Time is running out to help us, help others.
Fridays tasks would include helping to set up all the tents and attractions that the AMerican Diabetes Association provides at the Day of the Event. The time frame that we are asking volunteers to help out with would be 9:00am-4:00pm
Saturday would be the actual events day. For this we ask volunteers to come at 7:00am- 2:00pm. We ask volunteers to assist us with registration, the activity zones, cheering, medical assistance, and much more! We have a volunteer form that we ask every volunteer to fill out to help us put people where they would like to go to help.
