Who are we?
One Community is an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit sustainability think-tank and implementation organization.
What is the project?
We are in the conceptual design phase for a sustainable and open source eco-community to be constructed from earth blocks. The basic design is complete (see picture) in both AutoCAD and Revit and we now need someone to help evolve the inside and outside details to make the designs truly beautiful and interesting.
Who are you?
You are passionate about design and have a desire to share your gift; co-creating positive change with like-minded people. You're a leader, a visionary and with an expertise in 3D drafting and design using Revit. Maybe you're retired, or working on an advanced degree. Maybe you're a go-getter who likes to have his/her hands in various outside projects or spend your weekends giving in a meaningful way.
What are the Design/Drafting Consultant's details?
We are looking for your help 5+ hours a week for approximately 60-90 days. You will work closely with our Executive Director to evolve the existing designs and develop floor plans, section drawings, elevations, and renders.
