Job Purpose:
To provide LIMITED instruction for the public on basic use of electronic equipment throughout the library.
Duties:
- Provide patrons with LIMITED assistance with copy machine related questions.
- Provide patrons with LIMITED assistance with E-mail, Internet and other software related questions.
- Provide patrons with LIMITED assistance with questions relating to the library’s IPAC.
- Provide patrons with SAMS sign-up and printing questions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Communication, listening, organizational and time management skills. Also knowledge of Microsoft products and basic Internet skills. Familiarity with the library’s online catalog is required.
