Hi there! Many of the poor and homeless in Jackson, MS have smartphones (Most are the cheap android phones). We want to design a software app to reach them to let them know of updates in regards to added food locations and other partnered resources available to them.
We would also like to integrate a list of the free community gardens in Jackson, MS so they could gain access to free fresh fruits and vegetables.
We have no understanding of software engineering, but would love to hear of some ideas from those with experience.
May we work together to help ease human suffering.
