Donate time by ushering or selling conessions at a performance and see the show for free! Volunteers receive one complimentary ticket to the performance they usher if that performance is not sold out. Parent/student teams are welcome and encouraged! During weekday shifts, ushers help corral and seat large school groups. Friday evening and weekend ushers assist in selling conessions, taking tickets, and distributing playbills.

Volunteers receive one complimentary ticket to the performance they usher if that performance is not sold out. Parent/student teams are welcome and encouraged! During weekday shifts, ushers help corral and seat large school groups. Friday evening and weekend ushers assist in selling concessions, taking tickets and distributing playbills during public performances. Must at least 14-years-old to apply. Younger students may be approved for service if accompanied by an adult. Additional complimentary tickets can be earned with minimum volunteer hours during a run of one show.

The Arkansas Arts Center is an art museum with a children's theatre and a studio school. Founded in 1960, its mission is to ensure that learning, inspiration and creative expression in the arts flourish throughout Arkansas, for people of all ages and backgrounds. The AAC realizes this mission by developing, preserving and exhibiting its outstanding permanent collection, offering a rich variety of art from other collections and presenting programs for the education and cultural benefit of the public.

We are an art museum with a collection of paintings, drawings, and sculpture; we have a children's theatre; we host educational programming, fundraisers, and other events.
