Nonprofit, statewide advocacy organization for people with disabilities seeks Part-time Administrative Assistance. Weekday, flexible hours. Office located in Annapolis area with free access to workout room, showers and locker room. Responsibilities include mail merge letters, typing, filing, scanning documents, receptionist, information & referral &other AA duties. Qualifications include experience with Office Suites, office equipment (FAX, Scan, Copier), organizational skills, and team culture with small staff.

The Arc of Maryland, Inc. is a statewide advocacy organization with a half-century history of representing people with developmental and cognitive disabilities and their families throughout Maryland. The Arc of Maryland has 10 local chapters around the state providing supports and advocacy. Over the past 50 years, the lives of children, adults and families living with developmental disabilities and the services they receive for support have evolved from being forced to live lives of segregation and exclusion to being supported to live fully within their communities. This trend has proven to benefit all members of our society.
