The Volunteer Manager supervises volunteers and provides direction, coordination, and consultation for all volunteer functions within the church.
The duties and responsibilities involve:
1. Develop and manage volunteer policies, procedures, and standards of volunteer service
2. Maintain accurate records and provide timely statistical and activity reports on volunteer participation
3. Maintain Volunteer Service Descriptions for each volunteer assignment
4. Identify community outreach opportunities such as fairs, festivals, local markets and organizations
5. Develop and implement training programs for all volunteers

Freedom Life is a community of like-minded, successful individuals devoted to making the world a better place. It's a place where inspiration is in the air. We are not your traditional church - we are so much more.
Every Sunday people from all over the Las Vegas valley converge upon the Beacon Center for an electric experience called "Lifespiration." We meditate, contemplate, get motivated by life changing teaching, and connect with one another forming meaningful relationship that extend far beyond the one-hour rally.
We aren't just another church; we are a new kind of church .
Freedom Life isn't a gathering of a particular religion. We are made up of people of various backgrounds and faith traditions. For us, it's not about the messenger, but it's all about the message. For us, everything is spiritual because we understand who we are. When we talk about love, kindness, goodness, energy, consciousness...we are talking about God.
We believe that God is love, has always been love, and that God is capable of nothing outside of love. It is this belief, that guides everything we do. It is what invigorates and inspires us; what keeps us centered and defines who we are.
We engage in thoughtful consideration of real life issues. Our view is both optimistic and intellectual, while we offer practical and down-to-earth application. Whether scholar or student, skeptical or sold-out, Freedom Life is a the place for you!
