Harley's Hope Foundation, a safety net animal welfare organization located in Colorado Springs, CO, is in need of a Client Care Coordinator. This position entails calling or emailing clients who have received assistance through our programs, conducting a follow up survey to determine if the animal is still in the home and doing well, and entering that information into our SalesForce database. This can be done in the comfort of your own home!

Mission Statement
Our purpose is to ensure low income pet parents and their companion or service animals remain together when issues arise. The goal in doing so is to prevent at-risk animals from being surrendered or falling victim to euthanasia for treatable conditions and behaviors.
Description
Harley's Hope Foundation is Colorado's only multi-service safety net charity dedicated entirely to keeping pets and people together. We don't do pet adoptions but instead work hard to keep pets in their existing homes. After all, adoption is just the first step in the journey.
Services include financial assistance with major veterinary care, emergency foster/boarding assistance for pets whose people are hospitalized, pet food assistance, and much more.
