You CAN Make A Difference!

As a member of the Hospice team, the Bereavement Volunteer provides individual bereavement, social, and emotional support to Hospice bereaved family members and significant others through phone contact and/or visits. The volunteer engages in active listening, provides companionship and attention to the bereaved individual's needs, feelings, values, and opinions.

Jennings Center for Older Adults is a leader in faith based health care, residential and community services that support the mind. body and spirit of seniors. Much more than our state of the art facilities and services, Jennings is an extended family of compassionate health care professionals, volunteers, children, family members and benefactors. From senior apartment living to nursing care facilities we offer a full continuum of care to meet the current and changing needs of each individual.

As a Catholic-based senior care ministry sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, Jennings Center for Older Adults has been dedicated to serving the spiritual, physical, social and emotional needs of older adults and their families for more than 60 years.
