Make a Powerful Difference in a Senior's Life!

Are you looking for a way to give back that fits into your busy schedule? As a Money Manager for Seniors, you can dedicate just 2-3 hours per month to help a low-income elder maintain their independence and dignity. Your support can make a dramatic impact in their lives.

About the Program:

This wonderful and powerful volunteer-based program assists vulnerable, low-income elders in our community whose mental or physical conditions make managing their finances challenging. Our mission is to promote the dignity and autonomy of elders who do not have family or friends nearby to rely on.

Why Volunteer?

  • Prevent Evictions: Help seniors avoid eviction by ensuring their rent is paid on time.
  • Maintain Essential Services: Prevent the loss of utility and phone services, keeping seniors connected and safe.
  • Avoid Premature Nursing Home Placement: Enable elders to live independently at home for as long as possible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with routine money management tasks such as bill payment and budgeting.
  • Provide companionship and peace of mind to seniors who lack nearby support.

No Financial Expertise Required!

This role is about providing support and ensuring that bills are paid on time. Your kindness and reliability are what matter most.
