The National MS Society is looking for two volunteer notaries to assist throughout our packet pickup and registration process for the Bike MS Coastal Challenge at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th.
As of right now the shifts would work as follows:
- Packet Pickup @ the Rose Bowl - Friday, March 24th - 4-8pm
- Packet Pickup @ the Rose Bowl - Saturday, March 25th - 6-8am
It's important to note that both of these shifts might only require you to notarize three to five documents at the most. That being said, you are also free and/or encouraged to help out with other basic volunteer duties like assisting with the actual packet pickup process or prepping shirts for our participants.

Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports more MS research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs, and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world.
We do this through the extensive research we support to find the cause, cure and improved treatments of the disease; the comprehensive services we provide to people with MS and their families; the professional education programs we offer to assist health care providers better serve their MS patients; and through our advocacy efforts on state and federal levels to encourage public policies supportive of the needs of people with multiple sclerosis. This is why we at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society are here.
Volunteers are vital to the work of the National MS Society. We welcome volunteers with a wide range of talents and skills. There is only one requirement: to want to do something about MS NOW. Your valuable skills and fresh perspectives will make the Society a stronger and better organization. There are so many ways to contribute, whether through advocacy, programs, fund-raising or special projects. We can always use your help.
