ORGANIZATION: Mothers Against Drunk Driving Texas State Office

MADD

¨ Work closely with Volunteer Liaison and local MADD entities to receive assignments, support and direction.

¨ Provide effective and timely assistance to victims/survivors who contact MADD by answering telephone calls, making follow-up phone calls and providing victim advocates with victims/survivors’ intake information.

¨ Identify victims/survivors of impaired driving crashes by way of newspaper articles, police reports or other means. Send a MADD We Care Card to these victims/survivors as a primary contact and provide victim advocates with victims/survivors’ intake information for follow-up.

¨ Create, maintain and update community resource information in paper and/or electronic format for distribution to victims/survivors and victim advocates.

¨ Distribute MADD Victim Services materials to victims/survivors and community partners as requested by mail, e-mail or in-person.

¨ Assist in the maintenance of accurate paperwork according to MADD and grant guidelines by filing documents in case files or providing forms to the appropriate personnel.

¨ Provide administrative support in the development, facilitation and implementation of victim/survivor programs as needed.

¨ Other administrative duties as requested.
