Snowbusters is a program through Volunteer Thornton, www.volunteers.cityofthornton.net, that pairs volunteers willing to shovel snow for city residnets within a 3 mile radius of the volunteer that are physically unableto shovel the snow, have no neighbor or family member willing/able to help and cannot afford a snow removal service.
Snowbuster volunteers are in great demand. We do have a waitlist of those in need of a Snowbuster.
All volunteers are background checked.
This opportunity is a commitment for one winter season.

Volunteer Thronton, The City of Thornton's Volunteer Program engages citizens throughout the community by placing them in municipal departments based on volunteers' areas of interest. The City of Thornton has several established volunteer opportunities ranging from long-term placements to one-time events. The City of Thornton strives to be a model volunteer program for the Denver Metro area and beyond.
