We are looking for volunteers for our Farm Day in Town Field Trip for area first graders. The CFWMC is bringing the PA Mobile Ag Lab back to the Warehouse, and we'll also have activities inside the warehouse as well. We'll have a group here for a morning session and another for an afternoon session, each of the five days. We ask that you plan to be available from 9 am-11: 30 and from 11:40-2:00 pm for the afternoon session. You are welcome to sign up for more than one session, if you are able.

Description
The Community Food Warehouse of Mercer County (CFW) is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization and member of Feeding America, the nation’s network of food banks. We are the primary source of emergency food assistance in Mercer County.
The Warehouse does not supply food directly to clients, but solicits local grocers, retailers, and food manufacturers for affordable/low cost food products and warehouses them for distribution to our 33 member agencies.
Through our agencies, we distribute food to 4,200 households across Mercer County. CFWMC addresses all aspects of hunger in our community - senior, child, teen and adult.
