Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, widely recognized as one of New York's premiere human services providers, is a 120 year-old settlement house that provides an extensive array of effective and integrated services which significantly improve the lives of 20,000 people in need each year, on the East Side of Manhattan. We are seeking volunteers to teach computer classes for older adults this fall. A curriculum is provided for instructors to follow. Classes will run September 19 - November 14 with the following schedule:
Introduction to Tablets, Mondays, 1:30-3:00
Intermediate Computer Basics, Tuesday, 3:15-4:30
Intermediate Computer Basics, Thursday, 3:15-4:30

Description
Lenox Hill Neighborhood House was founded in 1894 by the Alumnae Association of Normal College (now known as Hunter College of the City University of New York) as a free kindergarten for the children of indigent immigrants. Since then, we have remained at the forefront of community advocacy and social and educational change.
