Bridge Hospice is looking for talented volunteers with the gift of sewing to create a lasting keepsake for the hospice patient's caregiver.

With the donated clothes and materials of our patients, you can create an adorable memory bear for their loved ones to cherish.

Description

Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
