Samaritan House presents Kids Club as an opportunity to gather our children for different activities every Monday through Thursday from 3pm - 4:30pm. Volunteers provide a healthy snack, will help facilitate that day's program and interact with the children for quality time with adults.
The focus of Kids Club is to provide examples of positive and healthy relationships for youth while having fun! Activities may include board games, science experiments, arts and crafts, music, etc.
Volunteers can plan on 10-15 school-aged children in attendance at each Kids Club.
Volunteers may choose how often they would like to attend Samaritan House resident activities.
To volunteer with Samaritan House - please attend a volunteer orientation and fully complete a volunteer form. Please contact Tasha to confirm the dates you are interested in volunteering.

Mission Statement
The mission of Samaritan House is to support challenged individuals and families as they move toward independence by providing housing, resources, and hope.
Description
Samaritan House is a nonprofit organization serving Tarrant County’s expanding homeless population, specifically those who suffer from medical, mental and/or ph ysical disabilities. We provide permanent housing and supportive services for men, women and children.
We believe when you provide shelter for the homeless, create stability for those with medical, mental, and/or physical disabilities and foster a sense of self-sufficiency - it gives residents a greater independence to care for themselves and their families.
Samaritan House depends on the support of volunteers and community-minded organizations to meet the needs of residents.
