Common Root, a local 501c3 nonprofit, is hosting it's second annual Fall for Pride Festival!
We need volunteers to help tear down vendor booth tables & chairs, collect rainbow flags, banners and signs and load them into our vehicles & tear down the entertainment stages (event coordinators, emcees and technical volunteers will be on-hand for direction).
Volunteers, please locate the "Check-in" booth (south side of the Auld Pavilion) upon arrival.
About the festival:
Join us on Sunday, October 9th from 1-5 PM for live entertainment, food, activities and local vendor booths; creating a welcoming community festival for individuals, families and people of all ages, with an emphasis on building a QUILTBAG (Queer/Questioning, Undecided, Intersex, Lesbian, Transgender/Transsexual, Bisexual, Allied/Asexual, Gay/Genderqueer) inclusive space.
