Our volunteers help transport residents to and from events in the chapel. They also visit our residents and give them emotional support. We are expanding our services to Catalina Village, another assisted living facility here in Tucson, in the late fall of 2016, so we will need volunteers at that facility also.

Mission Statement
The Villa Maria Chapel Foundation is dedicated to providing a holistic care program that establishes, supports and fosters spiritual, as well as social and ecumenical growth for the benefit of residents, families and staff of extended care facilities. Our vision along with Villa Maria Care Center and Catalina Village is to promote a community committed to ensuring the well being of its residents, both in caring for and protecting the unique character and spirit of each resident. Together we help raise their quality of life through their daily and spiritual journey.
Description
The foundation acquires and dispenses funds in support of the chapel and life enriching services that it provides to all denominations. We rely on our volunteers to assist residents to and from chapel events and other celebrations we have throughout the year.
