If you are a veteran who would like to help other veterans, then volunteering for Kindred Hospice is for you! We are looking for veterans to visit hospice patients who are veterans. You can share your stories while bringing comfort and support to patients. Veteran volunteers have the unique ability to relate and connect with each patient thereby creating an environment where life review and healing may occur. Join us and make a difference in the lives of patients and their families!
Many of our patients are located within your community! We especially need volunteers in Montgomery, Elmore, Autauga, Dallas, & Macon Counties. If you interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Barbara Jackson, Manager of Volunteer Services at 334-260-0015 or Barbara.jackson@gentiva.com.

Need loving individuals to interact with our patients by reading, listening, playing games and music and participating in life reflection activities and/or provide caregiver respite opportunties.
Need administrative assistance in office.
Seeking creative indviduals to help identify craft ideas and activities as well as participate in nail care activities.
