We have ongoing opportunities to assist our clients. We usually have a waiting list of 40-100 clients with a variety of home repair needs. Volunteers are needed for everything from basic yard maintenance to painting to bathroom renovation and everything in between.
Materials and most tools will be provided, just bring your skill and enthusiasm!
Projects take place within Elkhart and St. Joe County, IN. Let us know what you or your group can do, and where you'd like to work, and we may just have a project for you!

To help mobilize and assist communities in meeting the housing needs of those of low and limited income and those who are suffering from disasters.
Description
Builders of Hope is a faith based not for profit organization committed to providing the entire community the opportunity to assist homeowners in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties who lack the means to make the needed repairs to their houses.
We apply for grants, as well as accept donations in order to purchase materials or hire qualified contractors to make the needed repairs. Volunteers are used whenever possible, and they help promote a sense of community and resourcefulness.
