BBB seeks dispute resolution professionals (for example HR personel, attorneys, and profesionals who are experts in their field) to serve as arbitrators in the resolution of consumer/business disputes.

Individuals must be fair minded, organized and possess strong written and verbal skills to manage hearings and write decisions. On average, you may be asked to arbitrate approximately two to three cases a year.
Training in BBB's arbitration procedure's will be provided.
