Volunteers will help senior citizens get connected with food resources through a federally funded Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Second Harvest Heartland distributes over 10,000 boxes of shelf-stable items at 270 sites across our service area.

Site Partners are the lead volunteer at the distribution and are in charge of running the grocery distributions for seniors by providing excellent customer service to our clients, and working alongside the other volunteers at the distribution. This is a once a month position for 2-3 hours per month.
