TTLM is looking for individuals who are willing to provide constructive feedback as a volunteer mock interviewer. You will role play as a hiring manager to our Employement & Education class participants to assist them for "real" interviews that will help prepare them to land the job of a lifetime! No training necessary. Script and instructions provided. Class participants walk away with a new found sense of confidence after completing the mock interview process. Join us and make a difference in someone's future!

Description
TTLM’s programs and services are carefully designed to equip people with what they need to achieve their life’s greatest potential, and guiding them as they identify and remove the major barriers holding them back. Our focus areas include:
Employment & Education Services: Free classes, workshops, and walk-in services help clients gain employment, learn practical skills, and access educational resources in order to become financially independent.
Mentoring & Case Management: Case management resources and one-on-one mentoring relationships work hand-in-hand to help individuals who are serious about life change keep moving forward. This is our way of saying, "we are committed to sharing this journey with you!"
Student Servies: Equipping students with what they need to succeed now is a vital part of investing in their future. Our wide range of Student Services not only address tangible needs such as student hunger, but also provide unique opportunities for at-risk students to grow personally and spiritually.
Social Enterprise: We believe major life transformation can occur when meaningful work and powerful resources are unleaded together. TTLM now has two thriving resale stores in downtown Lake Jackson. Refresh Boutique and The Box serve as a training ground for young adults to learn, improve and grow both personally and professionally.
