International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) is accepting applications for Fall 2016 in all departments including Curatorial, Administration, Development, Communications and Executive. Internships start in August/September amd January/February. All internships require a minimum commitment of 16 hours (2 days) per week, and a number of openings require a 3 or 4 day per week commitment.

Internship Description: ISCP interns engage in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an international not-for-profit arts organization and gain invaluable experience while being introduced to a vast network of international art professionals. Due to ISCP's small staff, interns play a critical role in the administration of ISCP's overall program. ISCP internships can provide a foundation in a variety of skills, and offer experience and contacts for future careers in the following areas: curator, artist, bookkeeper, and arts administrator. ISCP is a not-for-profit, residency-based contemporary art center for emerging to mid-career artists and curators from around the world. ISCP offers a stipend of $11/day for transportation and lunch. All interns are invited on select monthly Field Trips and public programs including Talks, Exhibitions, and Open Studios.

Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking, team player, Mac proficiency (Word and Excel), basic Creative Suite knowledge a plus, experience with database systems (Salesforce a plus), strong organizational skills, interest in non-profit arts administrations, and interest in contemporary art. Two days a week for a minimum of four months is required and availability for occasional evening programming desired. Please note: candidates must be of junior-year college level or above to be considered.
