ORGANIZATION: CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange

CIEE, the world leader in international exchange, is looking for families in your area to host one of our international high school students for one or two semesters during the upcoming school year.

Host families come in all shapes and sizes -- kids, no kids, empty nesters, single parents, etc. In return for hosting, families learn about a different culture, enjoy lifelong friendships with students, fulfill the dream of a young person, and become global ambassadors in their own communities!

These two students will be studying in Topeka for the 2016-2017 school year and are in need of a loving host family:

Tim is a 16 year old boy from Germany.

"I am a determined Person who wants to reach his goals and I love it to laugh with my friends. My favorite interest is basketball. I also enjoy Swimming and running. While on my program I would like to join a basketball team and swimming club. Unfortunately I have never done a exchange before but I am glad to do it soon. I am looking forward to do activities and other interesting things with my host family." (F1EXP16514SR)

Gustavo is a 14 year old boy from Brazil.

"Hello new family, I hope you are all well. I'm a quiet guy, I like to be in family or with my friends. I am always in search of new knowledge and Challenging me to Learn More . My family here in Brazil loves sports and working with IT, for that reason I Also fell in love! I hope to share good times and Learning New Things. See you soon." (F1STB16512)
