We need volunteers for the week of our Eight Scholarship Awards Gala to do the following:
- Greeters at the event
- Ushers for the gala
- Help setup
- Registration Table
- Clean up
- Break down
Must be professional, team-oriented, and pleasant to work with, and have reliable transportation to and from the event.
The event will be held at the Hilton Newark Airport from 5pm - 10pm; all volunteers will be trained on Friday
All volunteers must arrive at 2m on the day of the event and are expected to stay until 11pm.
We do have shifts available if you can not say the entire time ( must stay at least 6 hours)
