WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE INLAND EMPIRE COMMUNITY?

Become a Volunteer Infrastructure Project (VIP) Fellow!

Inland Empire United Way is recruiting 13 AmeriCorps VIP Fellows to strengthen the Inland Empire and build volunteer infrastructure within local nonprofits and schools. VIP Fellows lead volunteers and inspire communities to support important service efforts and programs that change lives!

As a VIP Fellow, you will build capacity in your local community by providing support, skills and resources to volunteers and building partnerships that make a lasting difference. The VIP Fellowship is a full-time, 11-month commitment with a minimum of 1,700 hours that may include evenings and weekends. VIP Fellows receive a stipend and serve from September 2016 - August 2017 at nonprofits and public schools in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, San Bernardino, and the High Desert.

VIP Fellows receive extensive professional development and the opportunity to forge lifelong friendships while serving the community! Come join us, and make an impact this year!

Benefits:

  • Annual Stipend of $15,000

Eligibility:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must provide proof of status as a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or legal permanent resident. Must clear a criminal background check.
