AccentCare Hospice needs individuals that are looking for a rewarding volunteer experience. We are in need of volunteers that are willing & able to make socialization and/or caregiver relief visits in the Carmel & Noblesville area of Indiana.

Volunteers are non-medical companions that brighten a patient's day. They are prepared & supported via training, continued education & social events w/fellow volunteers. Once training is complete, we work around your schedule/availability and keep you as close to home as you desire.

Hospice volunteers are special people. They affirm life not just by talking but by doing. Death is part of the circle of life. Nobody should die alone unless they choose to.

Hospice volunteers are subject to the same requirements that our staff are. Direct patient contact volunteers must undergo a criminal background check, driving record check, drug test and a two part TB screening. Volunteers incur no cost for these requirements.
