About

Catholic Charities Central MN Foster Grandparent Program is looking for adults, ages 55 and over, who want to mentor children at schools. Volunteers assist children with classroom activities, reinforce learning, and work one on one with students who need extra help. Tangible benefits to becoming a Foster Grandparent include: tax-exempt stipend, transportation reimbursement and paid training. The FGP is a great opportunity for you if you have time to spare, love to be with children, and could use some extra non-taxable income. Please call Emily at 320-229-4597 or email at echaphalkar@ccstcloud.org for more information.

Volunteers are needed at schools in the St. Cloud School District (Discovery, Kennedy, Oak Hill, Westwood), at Pine Meadow in Sartell, and at Cold Spring Elementary.
