Media Arts Center San Diego promotes access to film and video as tools for community self-expression and social change and supports the professional development of media artists. We are seeking a volunteer, who is a quick learner and self-starter, with experience in Youth Education to join our dynamic team.

Recommended skills: Excellent communication skills, Detail oriented, Ability to handle multiple projects, Any kind of teaching experience, Experience in cucrriculum devlopment, proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus, and excellent writing skills.

Requirements: Ability to meet deadlines, be self directed and take initiative.

Description

MACSD has been changing lives through film and technology for the past 25 years. Some of the key programs and services of Media Arts Center San Diego include: Youth Media/Education Programs (i.e. Teen Producers Project, Youth Media & Tech Camps, etc.). Exhibition (i.e. Annual San Diego Latino Film Festival, Monthly Cinema en tu Idioma Series, Digital Gym CINEMA North Park, Que Viva Cine Latino, etc.). Community Production (i.e. Video Production Services, Speak City Heights, Fiscal Sponsorship, Frontera Filmmakers, etc.).
