Greeting, site administration and operations: Welcome clients with appointments to the tax site. Direct them in elevator to the site. Provide administrative support to the site coordinator as needed.

This site is open on Saturdays February 2, 2019 through April 15 2019, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Sundays from 12:30 pm to 4:30 PM.
You can volunteer for either the morning shift (9:30 am-1:00 pm) or the afternoon shift (1:00 pm to 4:30 pm) on Saturdays. Or Sunday afternoons from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Description
Community Tax Aid, Inc. (CTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 that provides free federal and state tax preparation services to low-income individuals and families. We serve clients during the tax season at sites in DC, MD, and VA. CTA provides representation to our clients who receive notices from the IRS or state tax agencies and also prepares some tax returns during the off-season.
